Hi, since installing Win 8.1, I have not been able to use ImageEasy. Trying to update results in this message: "The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author". Do I need to uninstall the current version?
